All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 days via Royal Mail delivery. Please note, this does not include processing times for items. Postage and packaging cost includes the cost of envelopes and is not just the cost of a stamp. Items are NOT tracked unless requested and may incur extra fees.
Overseas orders are dispatched within 2-3 days via Royal Mail Standard Airmail post. Items should reach you between 5-14 days but can take up to 21 days is stuck in customs. To check the postage and packaging costs of an order, place items in the shopping basket, quantity and address and the site will calculate the charge.
Goods may be returned within 7 working days from receipt if faulty and you will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Please contact me via the Contacts page.
It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. In the event that the goods are not in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification. This does not affect your statutory rights.
